Wurlitzer spinets and false beats

Yes:
1. because it´s a Wurlitzer
2. because it´s a spinet

You can try to diminish the false beats by settling the strings to the 
bridge. I use a brass bar and a small hammer for that and hammer the strings 
at the bridge pin. The same in the bass section at the upper side of the 
strings.
