Recommend Rebuilder?

I'm kinda glad it was public myself. Baoli has been around quite a while 
himself now and no doubt has a reasonable idea of the alternatives.  
Seems to me his first decision is what kind of rebuild he wants more 
then who should do it.  If he wants a S&S Clone rebuild... there is a 
field of competent shops, and if he wants a redesign there is another 
field of competent shops.  As for what in the end will yeild the best, 
helmax, finest etc etc ad absurdum sound.... well,  thats a whole nother 
discussion.
