phone scheduling

Ron,

I'm gonna play devil's advocate (not a stretch..!):

When you get a pre-recorded message on your phone, how
often do you respond to it..and what is the pre-recorded
message 'selling' you?

I have never responded to a pre-recoded message left on my
phone, with one exception: My doctor's office sends out an
automated reminder of a scheduled appointment. Inevitably,
pre-recorded messages are trying to sell me something I
don't want - my experience.

I would hate for you to bring your 'services' down to that
level.

If you're trying to increase the frequency of return
visits, let us know how you make out with it. I'm sure
there's alot of us who would like to increase the frequency
of return visits. If you're trying to somehow 'automate'
this part of your business to better your own time
management, again, I would hate to see the results of this
automation.

I'm sure there's someone reading this who's thinkin'..geez
- Bondi's living in the Ice Age..that's fine. I much prefer
human contact to pre-recorded messages.

FWIW,

-Phil Bondi(Fl)
