FMV of Yamha C3E 1985, "blue book"?

Greetings, 
 
       Is there some sort of "blue book" for used high end pianos?   
Now all I have to get is the fair market value of a C3E, 1985 vintage in 
almost pristine condition, since the lady ran a dehumidfier/humidfier unit since 
she purchased it in 1985! There isnt a even a hair sized fracture near any 
bridge pin! How can I figure the fair market value of this thing?
