The reason you're being asked is that they assume you've got the experience to make this determination (not a copy of a blue book). Search pianomart and ebay to find some outlandish asking prices, but you'll need to spend a lot of time hanging out with piano dealers (and technicians) in your area, listening to them crowing about "that profitable sale" and moaning about pianos they've had on the floor for many months and that they're willing to sell for a song, before you have an expert opinion.
