  Subject: Key-Leveling Tab Market Survey

  Hello List,

I am at the point with my product, (www.key-leveling.com) that I need to increase production.
I would greatly appreciate your help with some direct research.-

Please answer this 5 question survey by email (RPSVT at Juno.com) or Cell (802-373-4312)

  1. What percentage of piano technicians in your area are not PTG members?10

  2. How many key leveling jobs do you perform yearly on pianos and how many are grands?50

  3. How many of those jobs have Steinway Balance Bearings?20

  4. Would you be able to take on more tuning/regulation jobs if you could level keys perfectly in less than 15 minutes? da!

  5. What questions or concerns do you have about Key-Leveling Tabs?

Validity for one. I saw your add but not totally comprehend how the tab is affecting keyleving. Are the tabs graduated, thus it's just a matter of positioning the tab to the desired height?

What happens if the action is titled on it's back side for lubricating purposes? Can the tabs shift and ruin the perfect leveling job?

  Tom Servinsky

I truely appreciate your help as I strive to make my product better, and more affordable.

  Sincerely,
  Chris Rawson, CPT, RPT
