Greetings, 
 
         I service pianos in beautiful homes. They can have the worst pianos. 
Just their property taxes could pay for a nice grand, but some(most) dont get 
them. I can see that when the kids start lessons getting a clunker, that only 
makes sense, no matter how well off you are. So thats what they do.  What I 
think, is that,  they are in debt. I am very close to a similar situation in my 
own family.
