Damper underlever flanges freezing up

Wes, I had the same problem with this piano, some good discussions in the archives. I pulled the worst ones, and reamed and clp'd them. At least with no sostenuto bar they are easy to take out. So far so good, may have to be done again though. You may also see problems in jacks, hammer flanges, and damper guide rail bushings.
The bad news is that the pianos are not covered under waranty since Gibson bought Baldwin.
Good Luck,
Rick Ucci/Ucci Piano

The damper underlever flanges in a Korean-made Wurlitzer are freezing up really tight. Should one re-pin or replace parts? If repinning is done, will it last?
