gluing ivories

For a quickie repair on an old clunker use the two glue method.
Clean both surfaces. Apply a thin coating of PVC-E glue to the key,
let get tacky. Apply a few small beads of CA on the ivory and press
together. Instant and somewhat lasting.

CA alone is too rigid of a bond and will release within a year.

For shop repair of fine keyboards, hot glue as JD posted.
