Taxes: Business use of vehicle

Yes, that is true, although in this province their is a tax of 7 or 8%, that we have to charge on everything, in addition to another Federal tax, making it 13% Harmonized sales Tax.
Mind you, it saves us from having those bankrupting medical expenses, that I hear about now and again.
I wouldn't want a health 'bomb', hanging over my head. The insurance to protect from that doesn't seem to be cheap either.
Oh well, there is nothing we can do about it, we may as well grin and bare it. One political party is just as bad as the other.

Yes, but you get "free" health care, right?

    John,

Last I read, some time ago mind you, Big brother would only accept a hand written log. Are you sure your PDA data is acceptable?

I should hope so. People could just as easily forge a paper log as an electronic one. Of course, the IRS and the rest of the government are not generally known for common sense.

This is another question to ask my CPA next week at my always dreaded annual bloodsucking.

Hey, I guess we can look on the brighter side ... only 21 days 'til Tax Freedom Day! Keeping the fruit of one's labors -- what a neat idea!
