One thought,
 
Among the many redesigned features that Estonia has implemented over the past 
five to ten years include a removable music desk rail on the bass side of the 
piano. This allows tuning pins to be placed into a routed space otherwise 
unnegotiable.
 
You may need an extension, but I really don't think you will. I think this is 
what they were referring to.
