Rings a scam bell. "Shipper" pays with a legit-looking cashier's check, so you help him load the piano onto his truck. You wave bye-bye to him, and to your money when the check bounces a couple days later. Version 2, he pays with a much larger check than the piano's price. You give him the piano plus a check, and you lose twice.
