Mine says: "It's that time again to service your piano. Please call the office or email me to make an appointment." My return after the 1st week is around 10%..it marginally improves as the month moves on. However, if I do not get a reply within 4 months, I send another...and another..and another. Even those who have received reminders for 2+years appreciate the reminder, even if they're just now getting around to doing it. works for me, -Phil Bondi(Fl)
