Hi All;

Having a ringing problem with 1909/10 production run of a Connway Co. Boston
upright when playing F2, that is same as F23 counting bass A as A1, the
ringing occurs in the sporano section of the piano near the middle section
of the soprano. I have muted all of the soprano with felt and mutes but
still their is ringing, hmm, don't know the solution to this, have checked
string by tuning pins to see if they touch/rub together, have checked
seating of string coils on tuning pins.

Would love some ideas with this, anyone out their in all this sudden cold
weather, 10 below her Western Montana.
