[pianotech] 1980 Baldwin M

I have a lovely little 83 year young lady who must reluctantly part with 
her 1980 Baldwin M baby grand.  Anyone out there want to hazard a guess 
as to its value in the southeastern US?  It's in mint condition (only 
played by an 83 year young lady!)
