[pianotech] retake tuning exam for the third time?

It was my understanding that if you didn't pass the tuning test the second
time, you just need to take the entire tuning exam again not the written and
technical.
 
Please someone chime in on this.

So I passed everything but the aural octave.
Having to start over and do all the parts again, Written, Technical repair
and regulation, plus the tuning aural and with the ETD assist, just didn't
seem worth it.
