Acu-Just hitch pins

Here's Baldwin's official stuff, from about 10 years ago, and 
some gage conversion information. Drill a hole in the end of a 
mild steel rod for a punch (no, you won't hurt the string), 
and go for it. You'll need a means of measuring bearing angles 
too.
