Nice looking work Jon! What do you use to get such a good, clean cut at the top when you're finished? Razor blade or what? Rather than rebush with .070" cloth which has diminished longevity I decided to use .040" cloth and .030" veneer. Glued the cloth to the veneer(w/ PVC-E) and installed the inserts (w/ Bolduc glue) with cauls (No hot glue ready at the moment) The trial bushing is nice and firm now. When replacing the buttons is not an option, this seems to be a better course than extra-thick cloth. -- Regards, Jon Page
