The address is 1101 N. Market Blvd. Suite 3.  But the building is actually on National Drive.  Here are the directions:

In Sacramento California:  
 From I-80, take the Northgate exit northbound.
 Turn left on North Market Blvd. (1st left)
 Go to the 2nd stop light and turn right on National.
 Turn right into the 1st driveway then left in front of the
building to suite 3.
