Did you repin at all, or just clean the parts already assembled?

Blast the fool out of the centers with brake part
cleaner ( non-chlorinated ). My 1911 Steinway had the
same problem, and its' still free, 6 months later ! 
( Wear gloves, gas mask and non-ventilated goggles
!!!!!!! )
