Pianos in the Deep Freeze

I have a few dummy grand cases into which you can install a digital keyboard.

One is an old5'  Vose with a fair case, mahagony.
The other is a hi-polish walnut  5'8" Samick.

Although a poly finish is not good in that environment because it 
will crack in a freeze.
