Serge Cordier - Equal Temperament w/ Pure Fifths

Hi List,
 
Does anyone have any experience with Serge Cordier's tuning - Equal
Temperament with Pure Fifths?
 
>From my understanding, an equally tempered octave is set (eg. F3-F4) then
all other notes are tuned as pure non-beating fifths from this octave:
F4-C5, F#4-C#5, etc...
 
Any comments would be useful,
