Use an upspiral carbide bit. 2. Make sure there is no play in the bearings of your router. 3. Hold the key firmly when cutting. 4. And this is a BIG one, the plastic should be at room temperature when trimming. This eluded us for years until by accident we found that we were trimming in a cold space.
