To a degree, yes, but not absolutely.

Computers don't design strings, people do. The computer just 
does the math and displays the result for the designer.

It probably should have been noticed, but most of us miss 
REEEEEALLY obvious things sometimes.

Bad dog! ALWAYS keep a copy of submitted measurements to check 
against the product if something's not right. That tells who's 
fault it is. Does the string maker have your submitted notes 
on file to fax or mail you a photocopy?
