And just let me add that when I didnt have RPT status I was never the recipient of any disparaging remarks, disrespect, condescension, or anything related from my colleagues (that I knew of :-)) from whom I often received referrals for work that they didn't do or for second opinions etc.. The notion that associates operate with less respect is a fantasy. There is a frequent contributor to this list who, I believe, does not have RPT status who is one of the best techs around. So suck it up and deal with it and move on wit ya life.
