Two other avenues to consider are having the book published by PTG or by the PTG Foundation Press. If you are more interested in the writing, not the promotion, this could work well for you. I have had some involvement with books in each. I have helped to proof read several books that are currently listed for sale on ptg.org. The down side is that getting a committee or board to act sometimes takes too much time. PTG will help you sell more piano tech books than Amazon.com will!
