[pianotech] Not again, Young Chang contact for action

Since we are on the subject, AGAIN, (and I didn't start it this time!).....
 
Do I need to measure the action spread in order to obtain the right brackets, or will a model and serial number suffice?

YC will send the action brackets at no charge. But they no longer pay to have them installed.

I suggest that you charge the customer for the full amount of this repair. I did one two years ago and never got paid anything by Young Chang.
