Todd

You just need?the model and serial # to get the brackets. You should measure the action spread before removing the old ones, just too make sure you get it correct when you put on the new ones.

Since we are on the subject, AGAIN, (and I didn't start it this time!).....

?

Do I need to measure the action spread in order to obtain the right brackets, or will a model and serial number suffice?

YC will send the action brackets at no charge. But they no longer pay to have them installed.

I suggest that you charge the customer for the full amount of this repair. I did one two years ago and never got paid anything by Young Chang.?
