C - Cleaner L - Lubricant P - Protectant If the original problem requires cleaning or lubricating, then I find the CLP will work. Is it permanent? Well..... I guess that it could need re-application one day. If the original problem is a tight centre, then no, CLP won't help. It doesn't shrink bushings.
