[pianotech] Replacing plastic elbows

I still have some of those little inserts that were sold to glue/fit into 
suspisious elbows, saving replacment. I'll put them in the same box with the 
bronze tuning pin shims. If some of you are worried about the new plastic 
elbows, you could glue these little inserts in them.
