[pianotech] Replacing plastic elbows

It just depends on what we mean by "new."
After the long reign of the yellow plastic elbows, Vagias replacements (and
perhaps some originals?) were made of a tan plastic. After that, a white
plastic. I have encountered tan plastic replacement elbows that were
brittle, and just a few white plastic elbows that failed in the birdseye
component. Or at least that's the way I remember it. The clear plastic ones
are AOK but sometimes need felt trimming for clearance.
