Hi Al, Eliminate the paper bill, when ever possible. Sent them a detailed email report/bill instead. Use a template for the report (fill in the blanks) and include the history. Fill the blanks during "rest stops" during tuning. Minimize the tool tuning tool kit. I did this after breaking my leg last January and I now carry just a laptop bag with my minimal tuning tools.
