Contrat's on your daughter's performance Rob.  That's quite an
accomplishment for her.  You must be proud.  The piano doesn't sound to bad
either from what notes she was using.

Greetings, 

Here's the piano performance that I mentioned in the pitch raise thread.  My
12 year old daughter, Kylie, played a song that she wrote entirely on her
own, music and lyrics. She played and sang in front of more than 200 people,
had an equipment malfunction, and didn't miss a beat!

The piano was 40-70 cents flat when I found it 3 hours before the
performance and it hadn't been tuned since new.  It's a 2007 Yamaha P22.
Pitch raise in 20 minutes. Total time to PR and tune, 1 hour, 45 minutes.
