[pianotech] broaches for flange bushing

Do the roughened areas of broaches used for flange bushing need to be
sharpened periodically?

I?m in the middle of re-pinning a set of hammer flanges and it seems some of
the broaches cut better than the others.  If yes, what?s the best way to
sharpen them.
