[pianotech] difficult action removal

I just happened to service a Baldwin today, and did exactly what you stated Marcel.  Worked like a charm.

Baldwins were also famous for this. What I was thought at the factory is to 
1- Lower the action posts
2- Remove action and do what you have to do
3- Install action back
4- Raise the actions posts just enough to get the right lost motion (or the lost motion you had before removing).


Works every time.
