Thank you Charles and John for the response. I've been in business 38 years and broke a glass globe from a lamp once, but never damaged anything else. This store owner is not the problem. It his accountants and the IRS evidently. I don't do rebuilding or refinishing, nor do I move pianos, so I decided to be self insured when it came to liability. Maybe I'll retire at 63.
