In my experience, there's so much pressure on the pressure bar that the screws won't even turn without damaging the screw slot, unless you let the tension down first. And that's not worth doing for just one string. Just pull it out, straighten it, and re-do it. Or put on another new string. Piano wire isn't that expensive.
