BlankMy experience in the USA has never been a problem, it's been a year or so since I've needed parts but Greg Franks was my contact and always right there.
Just last week I phoned and talked to a live person who helped me with an appraisal of a model I was not familiar with.
Just my experience.

Ha
Sounds like Yamaha is the same everywhere. I ordered damper felt and a set of tuning pins. The piano was rebuilt and back in the clients house for seven months before the damper felt and 25 tuning pins arrived (in packets of 10). Supplying of case parts to repair damage is also a problem
Best of luck
Brian

I tried to order the Yamaha 37 step regulation DVD from Alaceri Alvarez at Yamaha Piano Service. Not only did it take them weeks to answer my inquiry, they tell me that they don't ship to Canada.
They told me to contact Yamaha Canada - I did 1 month ago but they still have not answered my inquiry.
What is the matter with these big piano retailers? Did any of you have similar problems?
Thanks
