Yes, Acrilikey sticks, but you have to clean the chip really well, whether it's plastic or ivory -- no dirt, finger oil, etc.  And follow the Acrilikey instructions for shaping the chipped area so that it will "grab" as much of the repair material as possible.  You determine the color yourself by the amount (if any) of the pigments you mix in.
