  If you have not received confirmation on a warranty claim, resubmit it. Since Derek left, the replacement person (John) may be unaware of any pending Warranty claims. If you haven't heard back in a week after submitting it (this includes brackets for Y-C grands).

    A member of our organization, MITA, Int, has been by Y-C/Kurzweil. Derek has quit. He was traveling 75 miles one way to work and then they were "hassling" him all the time and he couldn't take it. While this individual was there, phones were ringing and no one was answering them.
    Here is an exert from his posting.
