I know there's probably an archive thread on this, but I have problems finding stuff in the archives. On those old Steinways where the damper flanges are glued to the back action rail (no flange screws): when they come loose, is the only option to remove all the dampers, pull out the back action, and and re-glue them all? --David Nereson, RPT
