Hi, David:
	Is this a captive socket, where the caster can't be removed from the
socket?  From the looks of it, a standard socket would work if you sawed off
the two sides.  The caster itself looks like any found in a catalog.  K&C I
think is still around, but not sure who makes them now.  Samick?
