Yes I have. I have never heard it called a fishtail tool but I removed a 
broken screw with one that someone else had been working on for many 
hours. The reason I prefer the left handed drill is it does not pean the 
agraffe stem making it that much tighter as does the fishtail tool by 
driving in enough to enable you to unscrew it.
