Thanks for any suggestions or prior experiences. It's dead. If the soundboard is reverse crowned, it's already very thoroughly destroyed, and there's nothing real you can do to revive it. Replace the board, burn the piano, or CA an Ipod to the plate and download some piano tunes. Ron N
