    Wow, you kept that post!  That's the one.  Works great, still have some, but need more ingredients.  Purchased locally at chemical supply house.  Don't know if it can be shipped (hazmat?).

Attached is the info I posted in year 2000 for making the brass tarnish remover Paul alluded to.  I do not know if the phone numbers listed are current, though.
