Usually action centers are not warranty in Kawai pianos, but there are exceptions.

I would pull one really bad one, see if you can find the cause (burr on pin, plating, glue on the pin, etc. etc.) then decide how best to deal with it, repin or shrink or just lubricate.  If the bushings just seem tight with no other obvious causes, shrink fitting my be a simple answer.
