New Masons have some wrapped string there & highly suggest a few unisons there if its not too late, other wise it doesn't matter what size wire you use they all sound insuffieicent. New soundboard is in, and we kept original bridges. Judging by the strings removed, someone made interesting modifications to the scale. We'd like to go in and do some scale design ourselves for fun and education. I found a 2005 pianotech reference by Del Fandrich on how he has taught approaching this particular model, so have inquired there. If anyone has original scale information readily available, it would assist our efforts. Any pointers appreciated as well!
