Les, Of course they have responsibility in this situation. The warranty mentioned on their website doesn't mention its duration, but it's certainly more than a year or even five years! Talk to whoever at the church actually is responsible for the transaction with the dealership. Give him/her/them a written, sober evaluation of the piano's tunability. It will be up to the responsible parties at the church to be persistent with the dealer & whoever may be the Estonia rep in the US. Indrek Laul (Estonia's owner) seems like a reasonable guy to me, and this is the sort of thing he should be willing (even eager) to sort out. It may take a while but it can be straightened out!
