Any piece of string will do to hold the stickers towards the hammer rest 
rail. The rods are fine, but seem a little obnoxious to carry around all the 
time. A good, solid piece of string doesn't take up much room in the 
vehicle. With care, one can use a bungee cord. One conference handed out 
custom made bungees just for that purpose.
