3 hours? Wow, these were small picture files. I sent the originals through files at ptg.org expecting there to be links to the photos...

Thought there was a limit of size and quantity of photos on this 

list and there was another place to wend pictures. 




For some of use that can only get dial up these last pictures held 

up my computer almost 3 hours. 

I can only get 28.8 on dial up. 

All the more reason to read the list via the archives. 
You don't have to d/l the attachment and you can read all the 
posts you want. Even better for dial-up because you can select 
the posts you want to read and not have to d/l everything else.

I think the list should be read solely through the archive, that 
would save on bandwidth overall. Why do you 'need' to have 
instant priority delivery? Get with it - it's already online. 


The listing in the archive is instantaneous anyway, so the 
immediate dispersion to membership is wasted bandwidth. 
Not to mention filling up personal in-boxes. --
